Buttercup Bowtique has a flat $5 shipping charge on all orders. We ship all of our orders USPS First Class which takes 2 - 7 days to receive once it has been shipped.

Who designs and makes your bows? TOP
My name is Lana. All of the bows are designed by me. I only use quality materials and everything is sealed for a lifetime of wear. My goal is to make quality hair bows at an affordable price.

Can I send in a picture of my little one wearing Buttercup Bowtique bows? TOP
Absolutely, I would love it! I would love to put your pictures in my customer photo gallery but remember, pictures may be featured on this site and used freely for profitable gain. If you send your pictures to Buttercup Bowtique this will indicate your acceptance of these terms.

Can you rush my order? TOP
Unfortunately, we process all orders as they are received. So check our shipping times and try to make your order accordingly.

Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled or changed for any reason.

CPSIA Information

All ribbons used in Buttercup Bowtique hair bows have been third party tested using XRF technology and are in full compliance with the acceptable levels of lead outlined in the CPSIA (http://www.cpsc.gov/about/cpsia/legislation.html).

Our flat back resins, clips, hair bow cards, and ribbons are either are well below 20 ppm or do not contain Lead or di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), or benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP).

All hair bows with centers, buttons, rhinestones, other embellishments, and small parts are not recommended for children under the age of 6 years because of choking hazards.
